A fully self contained 3 bedroom house with a farm location with paddock, bush and bay views...
Bedding Configuration - Bedroom 1: queen bed, bedroom 2: queen bed & bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. and fridge/small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom - Shower (over a bath) and loo facilities as well as a 2nd separate loo off the sunroom.
Linen & Towels - Linen, doonas, towels and a few blankets are provided. Larger families/groups may like to bring some extra towels.
Laundry - The laundry has a washer for use and there is a small clothes horse for indoors and a washing line outside.
Heating - Warm wood fire (wood provided) in the living room and a few portable heaters for the other rooms.
Deck - Large deck with outdoor setting. A hot rock BBQ (Webber) is provided also. Excellent views over the paddocks and Carnarvon Bay.
*** Bay View Shack is a peaceful retreat ... a TV isn't provided (there is a stereo/cd player).
