Bay View Shack is a fully self contained 3 bedroom house on a farm setting with paddock, bush and wide bay views.

Bedding Configuration - Bedroom 1: queen bed, bedroom 2: queen bed, 3: 2 single beds.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. and fridge/small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom - Shower (over a bath) and loo facilities as well as a 2nd separate loo off the sunroom.
Linen & Towels - Linen, doonas, towels and a few blankets are provided. Larger families/groups may like to bring some extra towels.
Entertainment - 42inch plasma with digital TV reception, DVD player & radio - CD player. There is also a collection of DVDs for those rainy days!
Heating - Warm wood fire (wood provided) in the living room and a few portable heaters for the other rooms.
Deck & BBQ - Large deck with outdoor setting. Gas BBQ is provided also. Excellent views over the paddocks and Carnarvon Bay.
Laundry - The laundry has a washer and there is a small clothes horse for indoors and a washing line outside.

Keeping in mind that all linen and towels are supplied, all you need to bring along is some food and your own personals! There is generally a 3 night minimum stay at Bay View Shack to cover cleaning costs due to the size of the house, some 2 night stays are available during the quieter Winter months.
